Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by method selected at checkout:
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight shipping: 1 business day
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will issue a full refund upon verification. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage, as they may be required for the claims process.
