Grind Eyewear was proud to be part of the 4th Annual "You Are Enough" 5K in Hermosa Beach, CA, on Saturday, May 30, 2026. It was an incredible event supporting mental health awareness. Life can be tough, and some days feel heavier than others—but we find a way to wake up and keep pushing for the GRIND. The struggle is real, but so is hope. There is help, and remember: you are enough. For me, I turn to prayer and look to God—it gives me courage, faith, and reassurance that prayers are heard.
